SRINAGAR: In order to efficiently respond to Covid19 SOS calls, Falahudarain, north Kashmir’s major NGO, has launched the Interactive Voice Response system (VRS). It was formally thrown open by the groups; leader GM Bhat, performing the first call to the IVRS system on Thursday Evening.
“Covid19 is life-threatening and every second in response to SOS calls is important,” a spokesman of the group quoted its Secretary, Zahor Ahmad, saying. “For this Falahudarain has started the IVRS helpline (8588808760).”
The spokesman said the people who require help have different options through which they can seek help in managing concentrators, food, and medicine. “Falahudarain has always tried to make it better and to take advantage of it’s potential for the betterment of the society,” the spokesman asserted.
